I have
just realised that I
haven't updated this in
a while! Recent
additions to the
four-legged team include
Annie, Cookie, Pip,
Muffin, & most recently
Bob.
To the
staff team, we have
recently welcomed Jo,
Gina & Sally. The return
of a familiar face,
Storm, completes our
Arniss team.
An
extremely popular member
of staff, 'always
smiling' Ellie, took a
break from Arniss prior
to starting University
in the Autumn. Ellie
returns to us
occasionally to escort
our hacks, so you will
still see her at Arniss
during some of your
visits.

New Arrivals at Arniss |
|
|
Two new cheeky chaps arrived
on the 20th April, Charlie
and Jacob are Welsh mountain
ponies (section A) This pair
were not enjoying their
lives as scurry ponies so
have come to us at Arniss.
On Charlie's first walk on
the forest he thought the
small gorse bushes were for
jumping, can really see this
pair being enjoyed by our
smaller riders.

Elvis finally caught |
|
|
This cheeky welsh section B
had evaded attempts to be
caught since his arrival
at Arniss. However on 20th
March 2011 Jergen Bauer
who owns Magnum & Liberty,
decided to try the parelli
methods & skills that he
practices to try to
achieve what everyone else
had so far failed to do:
to bring Elvis in from the
field. Approximately
3 hours later much to owner
Jan Tuppers delight, she
received a text from Nina
to say that Jergen's
patience had been
rewarded. Jergen said "it
was a challenge".
